Real Skills, Real Equipment, Real Production
Day 1: Audio
Learn how sound works in live environments, including mixing, signal flow, and digital audio tools used in real productions.
Day 2: Video
Explore camera operation, framing, lighting fundamentals, and how video is captured for live and recorded events.
Day 3: Lighting
Understand how lighting shapes live experiences, from mood and visibility to full production design.
Days 4–5: Capstone Experience
Participants set up, operate, and break down a complete event system, ending with a live movie night experience for friends and family.

Discover Event Production is a free workshop series designed to introduce the fundamentals of live event production.
Through guided, hands-on training, participants explore how real events are built — from sound to video to lighting.
This program is built around real-world experience, not lectures. Participants work directly with professional-grade equipment in a guided environment designed to build confidence, curiosity, and technical understanding.
This program builds hands-on experience in live production environments, strengthens technical understanding of how AV systems work, and provides clearer awareness of career opportunities in the live events industry.
Get real hands-on experience working with the same tools used in concerts, shows, and live productions. You’ll learn how things actually work, build real skills, and discover where you could fit in the world of live events.

This program is open to individuals interested in technology, music, video, live events, or hands-on creative work. No prior experience is required — just curiosity and commitment to participate.
