DCE Productions - Email Signature Generator
Your Email Signature Preview:
How to Install Your Signature:
1. Go to **Settings** (the gear icon in the top right of Outlook web).
2. Click **"View all Outlook settings"** (usually at the bottom of the quick settings pane).
3. Navigate to **"Mail"** > **"Compose and reply"**.
4. In the "Email signature" section, click into the signature text box.
5. **Paste** the copied HTML code (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) directly into the signature text box.
6. Click **"Save"**.
1. Open **Outlook Desktop App** on Windows.
2. Go to **File** > **Options**.
3. In the Outlook Options window, click **"Mail"** from the left-hand menu.
4. Click the **"Signatures..."** button on the right.
5. In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, click **"New"** to create a new signature or select an existing one to edit.
6. Give your signature a name and click **"OK"**.
7. In the "Edit signature" box, **paste** the copied HTML code (Ctrl+V).
8. Outlook's editor may try to "clean" the HTML, so it might not look identical to the preview immediately. Adjustments might be needed. For best results, sometimes pasting into a temporary Word document first, then copying from Word into Outlook can help preserve formatting, but direct paste often works.
9. Click **"OK"** to save your signature.
10. Set your new signature as default for new messages and replies/forwards if desired.
11. Click **"OK"** again to close the Outlook Options window.
1. Open **Outlook Desktop App** on Mac.
2. Go to the **Outlook** menu in the top bar and select **"Preferences"**.
3. In the Outlook Preferences window, click **"Signatures"**.
4. Click the **"+"** button to add a new signature or select an existing one to edit.
5. Double-click the new signature (e.g., "Untitled") to rename it.
6. In the signature editor pane, **paste** the copied HTML code (Cmd+V).
7. Close the Signatures window. Your changes are usually saved automatically.
8. Set your new signature as default for new messages and replies/forwards if desired in the main Signatures window.
